Tasting from 26.06.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Mullberry steps forward first, dark and velvety, followed by a chorus of forest berries where blackberry and strawberry weave together into a kind of wild potpourri, sun‑warmed and slightly feral. A faint curl of cinnamon drifts in at the edges, more suggestion than spice, giving the fruit a gentle lift. The acidity is high, bright as a struck match, and the tannins grip with a firmness that clearly wants food beside itl, preferably lighter dishes where its taut structure and dark‑berry depth can stretch out and show its full character.
