Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow with silver reflections. A fine smoky savouriness, a hint of apple, some dark minerality and an orange touch shows on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with a fine structure and mineral, light-footed accents. Some delicate caramel and Williams pear shows on the aftertaste. A good food companion.
