Tasting Notes
Cool, mineral aroma, chalky rock flour, fresh citrus fruit, oranges, kumquat, meadow herbs, subtle caramel. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate with density, textured and tightly woven, fresh acid structure, fine tannin structure, open-hearted and with further certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingBerry and citrus varietal aromas, but above all chalky-spicy tones, damp stones. Full-bodied and sustained on the palate, with density and juiciness, almost chewy in the phenolics component, acidity seamlessly fused with the body. Very good bouquet, proportion and certain ageing potential.
