Pale golden yellow, faint brass tinges. Delicately scented savoury wood nuances, sweet spices, a floral touch, and peppermint tones. Juicy, elegant, silky texture, a hint of light caramel, fine acidity structure, complex and multifaceted, with nuances of yellow tropical fruit, toasty reverberations and shows length. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
