Tasting Notes
Milky, very cloudy. Aroma of aniseed, apricot and Nashi pear, plus verbena and lemon buttermilk. Clearly yeasty with hints of Federweißem. Lean on the palate, with fine-grained, sinewy tannins and fresh, invigorating acidity. The yeast still dominates the aromas and overpowers the fruit, but overall a good wine with 11% alcohol and physiological ripeness.
