Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. Lovely blossom honey underlay, passion fruit and papaya, some candied tangerine zest, with a hint of apricot, and a botrytis touch. Juicy, complex, a lively acid structure, sweet fruit of peach, some minerality in the background, and honey on the aftertaste. It is delicately leafy, persistent, and it has certain ageing potential.
