Complex aromas of herbal savouriness, caraway, citrus fruit, candied lemon, yellow apple, apple peel, sage, bay leaf and subtle pepper. Powerful on the palate, with finely structured acidity, fine-grained phenolics and fresh fruit. With tension, it has definite ageing potential.
