Tasting from 27.07.2021: Peter Moser

Pale chartreuse yellow, a silver sheen. A hint of meadow herbs, nuances of fresh pear, delicate notes of peach, some walnut. Tightly woven, white pome fruit, good complexity, mineral, white apple on the finish, taut and persistent, finely spiced in the aftertaste, good ageing potential.
