Hibiscus blossom with smoky notes; clove, rose petals and ripe cherry, as well as plum. On the palate powerfully put together with marked substance and a ripe, sustaining vein of acidity. The framework of solid, still slightly astringent tannins makes this wine an excellent potential partner to a steak or a roast.
