Fragrant nose, floral notes, freshly ground nuts, raisin, Mirabelle plum, apple peel, fresh sesame paste. Fresh and lively acidity pervades the soft base, fine mousse, savouriness and juicy fruit, dry and a fresh, animating aperitif.
