Bright, deep dark ruby colour. Very fragrant and appealing nose of blueberry and violet, with some resinous components and dark chocolate. Fills the palate full, lots of juicy, dark fruit, opens up with lots of fine-meshed tannins, shows fullness, but also retains a very good drinking flow, very long finish.
