Tasting Notes
A flinty yeasty aroma: flint, braised electric cable and initially almost no fruit at all. Round and supple on the palate, restrained in all components, currently completely buttoned up and very difficult to assess. Caraway-like and peppery savouriness aromas flit through the finish. For resubmission!
