Tasting Notes
An intense fresh fruit: Elderberry, blackberry, Amarena cherry, also menthol, and toasty oak. On the palate, the wine has "wild" palate aromas, spontaneous fermentation and low sulphur, the tannins are fleshy and appear incredibly fresh, a lively acidity gives the structure tension and dynamism. Like a new wave Bordeaux!
More about the tastingBeautiful ripe fruit such as blackberry, elderberry and blackcurrant, with herbal spice, fine smoke and some beet. Full-bodied, rich and spicy in the mouth with a fairly powerful backbone of tannins. Still appears youthful.
