The sekt NV »Pinot Rosé« brut from the winery Weingut Philipp Lang has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Salmon pink in the glass. On the nose, yeasty notes, brioche, dried raspberries, strawberries, rosehips and a touch of dried herbs. Juicy fruit on the palate with a medium-bodied mousse, subtle acidity and sweetness. Lovely as an aperitif, but also a good accompaniment to food.
