The red wine »Geiler Stoff« Pinot Noir, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Phillip Heinz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Raspberry and Werthers Originals in the fragrance, also a delicate herbal note. Sweet cherry. Juicy on the palate, fine-grained tannins in rather carefully extracted quantities, ripe acidity, a Pinot Noir in the style of finesse with good inner firmness and very good future prospects.
