Tasting Notes
Bright, light lemon-green with silver reflexes. Attractive yellow tropical fruit, with fine nuances of papaya and mango, delicate apricot and blossom honey, and a mineral touch. It is complex and textured, with nuances of fresh pineapple, fine structure, and a savoury mineral finish. Shows very good length, and certain ageing potential.
