Tasting Notes
Pale chartreuse yellow with a silver sheen. Delicate notes of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, a floral touch, a hint of blossom honey. Rich, taut, elegant, with a refined texture, a lovely finesse to the acidity, balanced and mineral, in a silky, mature style, pome fruit in the aftertaste, light-footed, well-defined, in similar vein to Chablis.
