Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, with silver reflections. Lovely ripe tropical fruit aromas, with delicate blossom honey, red berry nuances, a hint of kiwi, and candied tangerine zest, it is an inviting bouquet. On the palate it is substantial, elegant, with ripe white pear fruit, a silky texture, and discreet honey on the finish, and a hint of caramel on the aftertaste. It is a mature example of the variety, and is an ideal cheese wine.
