Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Underlaid with fine meadow herbs and some chamomile, white tropical fruit, delicate lychee and subtly exotic, multi-faceted bouquet. Elegant on the palate, balanced, seems surprisingly light on its feet, fine fruit expression, ripe peach, pleasant acidity, mineral and citric, a touch of nougat in the finish, already accessible, has good ageing potential.
