Tasting Notes

92 - 94
Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe cherry, violets and Assam tea on the nose, with orange peel and a smoky savouriness allied to yeast - still somewhat reductive. This is a Pinot Noir that is not stingy with its charms: on the one hand, it shows a lot of substance, extract and fleshy tannins (and also some alcohol), yet also delicate fruit and deep, savoury minerality. Keeps the palate busy for a long time.
