Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine tropical fruit with a hint of mango, kiwi and candied orange zest on the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant with a fine acidity structure and mineral accents to the sweet extract fruit. It's mainly yellow fruit that shows en route to the finish of this good food companion.
