Bright, medium yellow-green. Fine herbal notes as well as mango, honeydew melon, a touch of vanilla and stone fruit on the nose. Juicy, elegant, complex structure, mineral-salty, papaya on the finish, citrus on the aftertaste, lingers long. This is a versatile food wine with certain ageing potential.
