Bright yellow-green with silver reflections. Intense aromas of honeydew melon and pineapple on the nose, along with a hint of orange and some meadow herbs. The palate is juicy, elegant and tight-knit, with good complexity, a lively acid structure and yellow apple fruit on the finish, alongside discreet oaky notes. Long lasting and with definite ageing potential.
