Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, with purple reflections and a delicate pale rim. On the nose, a delicate herbal savouriness, ripe cherries, a hint of blackberry confit, nuances of fresh orange zest and a touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, with red berries, fine, ripe tannins, salty-mineral and fine citrus flavours, very good length, with ripe cherries on the finish. This certainly has ageing potential.
