Strong carmine garnet, purple reflections, broad edge brightening. Fine herbal savouriness, a hint of blackberry confit, some cassis, candied lime zest, mineral touch. Medium complexity, juicy, red cherry fruit, fine extract sweetness, ripe tannins, fresh and mineral, a stimulating food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
