The white wine Weinviertel DAC Reserve Hommage, vintage 2012 from the winery Weingut R&A Pfaffl has been rated in 2013 with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner from the region Weinviertel in Austria.
Strong yellow green colour. Yellow apple with fine blossom honey, hints of mango and stone fruit, attractive bouquet. Full-bodied, elegant texture, light woody savouriness, a hint of cloves, yet with a racy structure, white fruit on the finish, a harmonious food wine with good ageing potential.
