Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine meadow herbs on the nose followed by delicate gooseberry, a hint of grapefruit and some dark minerality. Juicy and elegant palate with a fine acidity, white tropical fruit concentration with a spicy finish. Will hold for the long term but already drinking very well.
