Subtle on the nose, with notes of salted lemon, ripe apple and peach, as well as a herbal and slatey savouriness. There's a smooth core on the palate wrapped up with the notes of peach and honeycomb and backed by a well-integrated acidity. Fine phenolics provide texture and lead to a mineral-salty finish.
