Rock powder on the nose, salted lemon, ripe apple and apple peel, herbal savouriness. Dense on the palate, juicy ripe fruit, peach, lemon, honeycomb, the extract sweetness is well balanced by a ripe acid structure and mineral savouriness, fine phenolics.
