Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Elegant aroma, savouriness, cherry, earthy, very fine wood, violets, pomegranate, rose hip peel. Elegant flow on the palate, very well dosed redcurrant and the tartness of the cranberry, polished tannin, fine acidity, straight, cool character, long, stylistically mature.
