Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Delicate herbal savouriness, red forest berry confit, delicately animalistic, some nougat, some olives. Juicy, good complexity, vivid, well-integrated tannins, noticeable wood savouriness on the finish, individualistic style, a savoury food companion.
