Tasting from 10.07.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh, herbal, but not unripe varietal scent, spring meadow, black cumin, lily of the valley, wax. Just a hint of wood. Dense and unaffected on the palate, full-bodied with disciplined alcohol, firm acid backbone, appetising wine that is recommended as a food companion due to its restrained nature (poultry).
