Underlaid with a hint of caramel and blossom honey, ripe tropical fruit, delicate notes of baby banana, fine meadow herbs, it is an inviting bouquet. Juicy and complex on the palate, with an integrated acid structure, some minerality, peach nuances on the finish, and passion fruit and nougat on the aftertaste. It is a good food wine.
