The red wine »Black Bird Edition Nr. 3« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Rinck-Wüst has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Dorsa from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Fine and also powerful aroma with ripe blackberry, black cherry, also some mulberry, dark chocolate. "Black Bird" shows flight on the palate with its vivid acidity and rather slender stature, medium extract, fine-grained tannins, cherry and sour cherry, medium length.
