Tasting Notes
Pale yellow colour, a fresh hint of fully ripe vineyard peach on the nose, the finest blossom honey, very delicate hints of raisined grapes, apricot confit, elixir-like complexity on the palate, supported by a dense fruit sweetness, honey-like density, despite all its youth, wonderful length, far too young and yet already far too seductive, an enormous ageing potential.
