Red apple, fresh lemons, nettle and lemon balm, as well as more savoury sage, wet stone and light honey notes on the nose. Juicy on the palate, there's a salty edge balancing the yellow fruit such as apricots, and well-integrated acidity. Some fine phenolics suggested good extract. A supple beast that's exciting to drink, with beautiful length.
