Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Dark minerality, fine herbal-tobacco savouriness, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, hints of apple. Taut, delicately savoury, white apple fruit, lively acid structure, lime zest in the aftertaste, a good food companion.
