Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine spiciness, something of kumquats and papaya, floral touches, notes of yellow peach and mineral nuances – clear as a mountain stream. Juicy, elegant, tightly meshed, incredibly light-footed and prancing, with white stone fruit on the finish and a salty aftertaste. The wine is balanced and round, a very good food companion with great development and definite ageing potential.
