Tasting Notes
Ripe and dried apple fruit on the nose. The palate is dense and delicately yeasty, with an intensely mineral edge. It's less powerful than usual, feeling instead like liquid mineral, both dense and gluggable. For the first time finer than competitor Emrich-Schönleber!
