Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green. Clear spontaneous notes, fine concentration, elegant, but takes some getting used to. Subtle, elegant, light-footed on the palate, yet concentrated and long-lasting, but the spontaneous fermentation aromas persist into the finish and do not yet reveal the wine. After all, it is playful and vital.
