Tasting Notes
Peach and red apple on the nose, a hint of yeast. Slender and fresh on the palate, the good balance of sweetness and acidity and a vivid but not too brisk mousse result in a palate impression of freshness and harmony. A very fine Riesling sparkling wine at a fair price.
