Tasting from 09.09.2022: Peter Moser

Strong golden yellow. Fine botrytis spice, candied mandarin zest, dried figs, subtle notes of apricot confit and herbs. Very powerful, ripe stone fruit, fine honey touch, subtle acidity, restrained, integrated sweetness on the finish, mineral aftertaste, already developed, stylistically more in the high-end range.
