Aroma of very ripe citrus fruit, plus candied orange, dried papaya, lots of spice, mineral character, multi-layered. Dense on the palate, lively acidity, creamy, flowing sweetness, honey spice, sweet apricot, grippy and also slightly viscous - and yet extremely elegant. Noble.
