Tasting Notes
A hint of old wooden barrel, caramel. Linear on the palate, still sprightly despite the rather medium-bodied structure, subtle substance, stable acidity, appears quite dry. "Now to be enjoyed as a grand seigneur".
More about the tastingMedium greenish yellow. Still somewhat restrained on the nose, fine citrus zest, some blossom honey, a hint of grapefruit, mineral spice. Juicy stone fruit on the palate, very elegant and complex, fine acidity, a harmonious wine with a fruity finish, banana and peach aftertaste, good length, very good ageing potential.
