Medium greenish yellow colour. An inviting bouquet of ripe apple, some orange zest, a hint of lemon balm, delicate mango and some rhubarb in the background. Medium bodied and juicy with finely etched acidity and a mineral finish. Pronounced tropical fruit on the aftertaste. Definite ageing potential.
