Tasting from 03.09.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of dried wild berries, clove and cinnamon. Also dried plum and cherry. Elegant, gentle attack on the palate, noticeable acidity, some tannin. Lots of flow and a medium-long finish on dark fruit and caramel.
