Deep greenish-yellow. Smoky, candied orange zest, subtle notes of fine wood, a hint of clove. Juicy, ripe pear, subtle sweetness from the extract, a hint of vanilla, yellow tropical fruit on the finish, where the new oak becomes slightly more pronounced; still needs some time, with definite potential for further development.
