Light greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. A fine, fruity bouquet on the nose, with inviting nuances of Golden Delicious apple, subtle hints of orange zest, and a touch of anise. The palate is full-bodied, elegant, and fruity, with notes of ripe apricot and some white nougat, fine acidity and a hint of minerality, with very good length. Has the potential for ageing.
