Bright, pale straw yellow. Fresh and clear on the nose, opens with notes of flint, then hawthorn and fresh apple, also fresh banana. Beautifully playful on the palate, sparkling, lots of juicy, present fruit, apple and apricot, with fine salty notes on the finish.
