Tasting from 05.12.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Present woody aromas on the nose: notes of roasted nuts, cocoa nibs, caramel, graphite and tobacco. In addition, floral hints and dark berry fruit. Just as intense on the palate as on the nose. Full-bodied, with ripe acidity and slightly noticeable tannins, long finish with roasted notes.
